Two e-books on Swot
The Swot-Adac consortium has published two e-books on Swot: "Swot and the New Wave of Oceanographers", "People, science and instruments of the BioSwot-Med campaign"

The book "Swot and the New Wave of Oceanographers – Early Career Researches speak about Swot" is an attempt to document the thoughts of the generation of researchers who will help chart the course of oceanography's future, and provide a snapshot of their views through the lens of Swot.
Swot is exciting to oceanographers because it is a next-generation altimeter that brings a new perspective to ocean dynamics. It is thus fitting that many exciting research discoveries from Swot are being carried out by a new generation of oceanographers that also bring a new perspective to ocean dynamics.

The book "People, science and instruments of the BioSwot-Med campaign" was published at the occasion of the BioSwot2025 meeting (Marseille, France, 5-7 May 2025). It was created with the aim of giving an overview of the scientific richness of an oceanographic campaign and to preserve the memory of the passion and dedication of the participants of the BioSwot-Med project. In this book, you can learn about the people, the science, and the instruments that made the BioSwot-Med campaign in April – May 2023. In the first three sections, you can find the collection of a series of interviews carried out to cruise participants before the start of the campaign ("The research themes", "The instruments of oceanographers", "The new wave of oceanographers"). In the last section, a selection of stories and anecdotes shared by the researchers while at sea are reported ("Dispatches from sea").
