First map of sea level anomalies made with Sentinel-3A's data

The first map of Sentinel-3A on a global scale is presented this week at ESA’s Living Planet Symposium.
The European mission Sentinel-3A was successfully launched on 16 February 2016. Its first map on a global scale is presented this week at ESA’s Living Planet Symposium. Its radar altimeter measurements are processed by the Sentinel-3A processing prototype (S3PP) at CNES, with ESA level-0 data as input.
Sentinel-3A integrates this unprecedented constellation now available, with no less than six different altimetry satellites currently in orbit, namely Jason-2, Cryosat, Saral, HY-2, Jason-3 and Sentinel- 3A.
