Comment citer les données Aviso ?

Recommandations aux utilisateurs CFOSAT à propos de la politique de publication

Les premières publications scientifiques sur les données CFOSAT seront rédigées par des membres ayant participé à la phase de vérification et à la phase CAL/VAL depuis le lancement du satellite. Deux publications, l'une sur SWIM et l'autre sur SCAT, sont en cours de révision pour une publication dans IEEE Trans. on Geoscience and Remote Sensing (février 2020).

Il est recommandé que toutes les publications ultérieures basées sur les données CFOSAT citent l'une de ces deux premières publications (selon qu'elles traitent de SCAT ou de SWIM).
Les publications co-rédigées par plusieurs membres et groupes du Joint Science Team sont vivement encouragées.

Toutes les publications et communications basées sur les données CFOSAT doivent être envoyées au CNSA et au CNES (via aviso@altimetry.fr qui transmettra) et tous doivent citer que le CNSA et le CNES sont propriétaires des produits scientifiques de CFOSAT. La phrase à citer est la suivante:  “All CFOSAT data are provided by courtesy of CNSA and CNES [under science proposals XXX. (XXX=proposal id)]."

Produits SSALTO/DUACS

  • Pour les produits expérimentaux SSALTO/DUACS, citez: "Those products were processed by SSALTO/DUACS and distributed by AVISO+ (https://www.aviso.altimetry.fr) with support from CNES”
     
  • Pour les données Ssalto/Duacs Lyapunov Exponents ou Orientations  (FSLE), citez : "The altimeter products were produced by Ssalto/Duacs in collaboration with LOcean and CTOH and distributed by Aviso+, with support from Cnes (https://www.aviso.altimetry.fr/duacs/)
     
  • Pour les données "Mesoscale Eddy Trajectory Atlas",

  • Pour les données Ssalto/Duacs NRT SLA le long de la trace (Sea level Anomalies, SLA-H) ou les cartes de hauteurs de SLA et courants (MSLA-H, MSLA-UV ) sur la zone Mozambique, citez: "The altimeter products were produced by Ssalto/Duacs and distributed by Aviso+, with support from Cnes (https://www.aviso.altimetry.fr)". 
     
  • Pour les données Ssalto/Duacs NRT ou DT SLA ou ADT le long de la trace (Sea level Anomalies, SLA-H, Absolute Dynamic Topography ADT-H) ou les cartes de hauteurs de SLA, ADT et courants (MSLA-H, MADT-H, MSLA-UV, MADT-UV) sur les zones global, Méditerranée, Mer Noire, Arctique, Europe, citez: "The Ssalto/Duacs altimeter products were produced and distributed by the Copernicus Marine and Environment Monitoring Service (CMEMS) (http://www.marine.copernicus.eu).

Produits CORssh

  • Pour les données CorSSH L2P Sentinel-3, veuillez vous reporter à la licence pour décrire explicitement les crédits en fonction de l'utilisation du produit (en anglais, section 13. Licence specific to Sentinel-3 L2P products).
     
  • Pour les données CorSSH L2P des autres missions, citez: "The altimeter products were produced and distributed by Aviso+ (https://www.aviso.altimetry.fr/), as part of the Ssalto ground processing segment"

Produits X-TRACK cotiers

  • Pour les données X-TRACK, citez: "Altimetry data used in this study were developed, validated, and distributed by the CTOH/LEGOS, France"

Customizable homepage

The new home page is composed of blocks called "widgets".

Rearrange the blocks with a "Click & Drop".

Hide a widget with the cross at the top right. Reset or add a widget with the "wrench" icon. The "User" and "Public" profiles offer a predefined organization.

All the modifications are automatically saved as cookies on your machine so as to enable you to have your own specific AVISO+.

Reading tools

Ease your reading by choosing the page background colour (black/white) and/or by modifying the font size.

Browsing menu and breadcrum trail

To ease your browsing through AVISO+, you can use at any time the main banner items with the interactive submenus or use the browsing menu on the left side of the screen (it is open by default). For more readiness of the page contents, you can fold and unfold the browsing menu by clicking on the tab. At any time you can know where you are thanks to the browsing menu or the breadcrum at the top of the page.

Products search guide

The first submenu of the "Data" banner item leads you to a new search form enabling you to find quickier the product that suits your needs. The list of results is updated according to your selection criteria.

AVISO+ Multimedia

The first submenu of the "Multimedia" banner item leads you to AVISO+ collections of images and videos linked to altimetry and its applications. Have a nice visit!
